Posting of workers – complete support from A to Z

Belgium
We offer and ensure:
- A1 certificate – confirms that the employee is subject to the Polish social security system.
- LIMOSA notification – mandatory pre-employment registration under Belgian law.
- NISS number – tax ID and access to Belgian benefits. We assist with the application.
- BTP Cards – for construction workers, if required.
- VCA Training – Basic and VOL courses for supervisors.
France
We offer and ensure:
- A1 certificate – preparation and timely submission to ZUS (Polish social insurance institution).
- Posting declaration (Déclaration préalable de détachement) – mandatory notification to the French labor inspectorate.
- Representative in France – appointment of a legal representative in accordance with local laws.
- BTP Cards – mandatory identification card for construction workers.
- Translation of documents and contracts – for inspection purposes.
Netherlands
We offer and ensure:
- A1 certificate – we coordinate the application process.
- BSN number – tax and social ID number in the Netherlands. We assist with full registration.
- Employee registration – with relevant authorities.
- VCA training – health and safety courses in Polish or English.
- NEN 4400-2 certification – we are in the advanced stages of obtaining this certification, which confirms administrative and financial reliability.

Confirms that our company meets the health, safety, and environmental management requirements under Belgian and Dutch standards. Recognized across Western Europe and essential for projects in refineries, shipyards, power plants, and similar environments.
NEN 4400-2 (in progress)
Dutch quality certificate for foreign companies posting workers in the Netherlands. Confirms administrative and financial reliability, facilitates cooperation with contractors and general companies.
